CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments booked online require a deposit in order to secure your date and time. 
 

By booking, you agree to Ooh La Lash + Beauty's Terms of Service, as follows:

 

To avoid charges, and as a courtesy to other clients, please give 24 hours notice for any  changes to an existing appointment. To change your appointment, please call or text (360) 259-3122 or email oohlalashandbeauty7@gmail.com.

 

If you do not give notice and no-show to your appointment, you authorize Ooh La Lash and Beauty to charge your credit card a no-show fee of  100% of the scheduled service value. In the case of an emergency, please contact Ooh La Lash and Beauty to work with you to waive this fee. 

 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, doing so 24 hours in advance results in no extra charge.

 

Same day cancellations and rescheduling will be charged 100% of the scheduled value.

 

As popular appointment times fill up quickly, I encourage you to book your appointments in advance to ensure you get the day and time you want.

 

If you’re running more than 10 minutes behind your scheduled appointment, I may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. In this case, you will not be charged for the missed appointment.

Please arrive to your appointment solo- no children.  The space is not kid friendly and it's a big distraction for the both of us.

 

Appointments are highly recommended, especially pre-booking your next appointment upon checkout. Ooh La Lash offers a confirmation email and a courtesy reminder text the day before your appointment.
